WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED:
TRP may request some personal information on online forms. When you request to receive a new catalog, we will ask you for your first and last name, company name (if applicable), street mailing address, suite, unit, or apartment, city, state, zip code or postal code, and promptly send you a TRP catalog. When you give us customer feedback we will ask you for the department you wish to reach, what kind of comment you would like to send, your comments, how we can get in touch with you (first and last name, e-mail address, daytime phone number, and fax number), if you want us to contact as soon as possible, and we will promptly contact you. When you update or correct your information, we ask you for your first and last name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, suite, unit, or apartment, city, state, zip code or postal code, daytime phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and then promptly update or correct your information. When you subscribe to the TRP e-mail list, we ask you for your e-mail address and promptly subscribe you to this list. When you remove yourself from the TRP e-mail list, we ask you for e-mail address and then promptly remove you from this list. This information is used only for the intended purpose of the form. After you complete the form, it will only be accepted at TRP by fax or mail (not over the Internet). Wherever TRP collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Statement on that page.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:
As a general rule, TRP will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. Users may opt-out of receiving future e-mail; TRP may, from time to time, send you email regarding our products and services by subscription only. WE DO NOT USE COOKIES:

However, some links in the TRP site may take you to third party sites which uses cookies. For maximum security, we recommend modifying your browser preferences to reject all cookies and set security at maximum. If you choose to reject all cookies the TRP web site will still maintain its functionality (except for being able to download artwork and PDF files from our site). You can be removed from the TRP e-mail list by managing your account which was assigned to you during your subscription signup.
CORRECT/UPDATE:
This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided. For your protection, TRP will ask you for data authentication. You must send us a photocopy of your driver's license and a printout of the form with your signature authorizing us to make such changes.
